The Flying Pig is housed in a fairly large building and encompasses three levels. Joe and Ben, founders of the lounge, have long envisioned a cosy little lounge and what was conceived turns out to be a perfect marriage of a classic rock and roll bar and an elegant lounge. Patrons are sure to be astounded by the hardcore collection of rock music that’s evident by the amount of vinyl decorating the interior. Joe and Ben also encourage patrons to bring along their pet dogs to socialise with their own canine friend, Cai Bo. These are quite possibly the friendliest proprietors you will encounter, and perhaps one of the most relaxing lounges in this part of Hsinchu.

The Louise Bar is strategically located near the heart of Hsinchu and is situated directly across the street from the Windance Shopping Mall. The interior may not look exceptional but the Windance can be a very cosy hangout at night.
